An industrial building in Long Island City is transformed into a cutting-edge science hotel hub with environmental graphics inspired by life sciences and the natural world. A DNA-inspired living wall anchors the lobby, while stairwell and corridor graphics evoke cell-based assays, connecting themes of wellness and discovery. High-contrast wayfinding, inspired by the site’s railroad history, ensures intuitive navigation. Custom branding with vibrant colors and slanted forms energizes the fitness space, blending functionality with storytelling to foster curiosity and connection.
